For individuals who would like to obtain an initial CHHA License or have a license that has expired five or more years ago.
 
This six week, 76-hour, hybrid program consists of the following components:
 
1-Hour Virtual Information Session via Zoom (Optional)
 
60-Hours of Remote Online Learning:
Our theory-based didactic modules are completed on our online interactive platform anytime 24/7 within the limits of the course term making this a course centered around convenience and flexibility. Our online learning platform is available for access on any computer and on the app available for download on any IOS or Android device.
 
16-Hours of In-Person Skills Lab:
Completed at our on-site location in Robbinsville, NJ. Students will observe skills from our nursing instructors and then demonstrate competency.
 
1-Hour In-Person Final Exam:
100 multiple choice questions. In order to pass the course, students must obtain a score of 80% or higher. 
 
CHHA Application Submission with the New Jersey Board of Nursing:
One of our program coordinators will provide each student with guidance through the online application process with the Board of Nursing in order to obtain their license.
